What does myDutyplan.com do?

myDutyplan.com converts a dutyplan PDF into an .ics calendar file. The file can then be imported into calendar apps such as Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar.

Are my dutyplan data stored?

For the public one-time export, your dutyplan data is not stored permanently in a database. The PDF is processed in the browser. The generated .ics file is only provided briefly so it can be opened as a calendar file. If you are registered and uplod a dutyplan pdf to gain a calendar subcription link, your dutyplan data is saved on a server for up to 90 days. Thereafter your dutyplan data will automatically be deleted.

What time format is used in mydutyplan?

The times from the Jeppesen dutyplan are treated as UTC times and written to the calendar file accordingly. Your calendar app displays the entries depending on device and calendar settings.

Can I select the target calendar?

The target calendar selection is controlled by the operating system or calendar app. myDutyplan.com writes “Lufthansa City Airlines Dutyplan” into the .ics file as a suggested calendar name.
